• Engineers report – approve pay request
• Contractor meeting – discuss an extension for project due to the pavement plants not open until May, and also materials taking forever to get here (doors and railings)
• Stairs and gutters
• Repairing the fire hydrant instead of replacing (difference in cost)

• Road closure on Mix Run Road
• Tractor update
• Insurance will be $400 a year for the tractor to be added
